My Grandma owned an indoor pool and jacuzzi and she was constantly having to buy chemicals to keep them clean. I also find out in many cases the longer someone owns one the less they use it. It's a big deal in the first few months to a year after that it just kinda becomes something that might get some use when friends come over. Lucky for me I don't have to heat it. At all.
