On top of it all, the build I did it with is a Frozen build to boot. I was just doing it for the gem, and I ended up winning... The boss it turns out has a pretty crucial weakness: cleansing the shock makes her damage bearable. Yeah, this fight is actually about showing skill point restraint and having lots of cleanse.
