legendarylemur 04/30/23 10:53:21 PM #133: | Yeah I guess that makes sense. "These types of infinite loops are illegal in gameplay, meaning that a player may not voluntarily activate any card if its activation would cause such a loop. If such a loop is caused by something involuntary, such as a player conducting their normal draw or a mandatory effect, then the card ruled to be the source of the infinite loop is automatically destroyed by game mechanics." It is actually in the ruleset that if something causes an involuntary loop, it is destroyed. I thought that's what might be happening cuz it wasn't clear what actually stole Argonaut, if it were the thing that was Called By'd. But yes, this is a voluntary loop. Unsure if the game actually is able to tell a voluntary non-game state progressing loop is taking place. In real life, they would not be allowed to make this move at all actually. --- "Iwata was awesome" - Mr. Nintendo https://i.imgur.com/krtFHol.jpg ... Copied to Clipboard! |
