Majora's Mask reused models and textures, but ultimately it was very different from OOT. But I didn't really like MM, so I'm not going to act like that made it better lol. Maybe an expansion for BotW is better than doing something radically different. A lot of people loved BotW. Wish I could have loved it, too. --- I write Naruto Fanfiction.
