Finished the eight paths. Final ranking (of the paths, not the characters):

Castti > Ochette > Agnea > Partitio > Temenos > Throne > Osvald > Hikari

For the ones I didn't mention earlier:

Hikari felt the most generic of the paths. Like a typical fantasy story, you could say. The presentation was solid, and the final chapter was still good, but there wasn't anything too exceptional about it. I also thought the flashbacks were kinda poorly handled. Not bad, just not excellent like the other chapters all are.

Temenos trying to solve the various crimes was a lot of fun. Always liked when he went into his detective mode. The main weakness was probably that the true villain is a little too obvious? i mean, it still worked even with the lack of surprise, just felt like it should've been more of a twist.

It's great how different Partitio's was from the others. I feel like I particularly enjoyed the more "episodic" chapters in this game, though the story-based ones could be great too. Partitio's indomitable spirit makes every situation better.

Every Ochette chapter was extremely strong. There's a good intro, finding the three beasts is awesome and tells a compelling story, and the finale is epic as heck.

One final note: I absolutely love whenever you use the path actions in a story scene. Partitio and Castti did this particularly well. Castti creating the elixir in battle ruled, and Partitio got to do it twice (buying the rights for 80B and hiring Roque. The ones where it's just a fight aren't as fun, but it's still cool. Mixing game mechanics and story is one of the best things a game can do.
