Her whole point is that all social media companies do this and that Congress should be writing laws to ban data harvesting from all of them instead of focusing on this one in particular. She also mentions that when they are meant to be passing laws about national security issues like TikTok supposedly is, Congress gets a confidential briefing about the issue.
