It can be harmful. And this is from a daily user.

It's made me less social. I'm content sitting at my house playing video games or watching movies or reading or whatever. I should feel bored and want to go out and talk with friends and go out and do things but with pot I don't feel that. Like it masks the "drive to be better" somewhat. This is probably something that effects each person differently though. The stereotype is it makes people lazy and I don't know that that is entirely true but it does make them content and sometimes people shouldn't be content.

I will fully admit I'm mentally addicted too. Like I don't do it during working hours or anything but when I'm not at work I want to have a supply. If I don't have a supply I start getting anxiety.

And then the actually harmful things like damage to your lungs.
