So, I mostly just smoke at night and only hit it like one every 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on what Im doing. So, the amount of smoke someone puts in them with one cigarette is probably the same as what I do with cannabis in 2 weeks to a month. In summer sometimes I smoke all day though. But then that's when Im being active and outside. So, that probably helps balance something. But it is still every single day.
