Judge ruled they cannot and he will testify before the grand jury. Edit: nevermind, that's for a different set of charges against Trump. This delay was because they are considering bringing Michael Cohen back in with evidence to refute Trump's lawyers claims. --- Furthermore, The GOP is a Fascist Organization and must be destroyed ...
