I think we can immediately rule out werewolf (assuming it's transformed and not just like. A guy.), fairy, bigfoot, and Frankenstein's monster. They're all just too tough to kill.

Vampire - You're kinda fucked in a straight fight but I think it might be the easiest to kill? It's constrained by dumb rules like the fairy is, but also dies to sunlight, among other random stuff.

Witch - You probably have even chances against a witch if you have a gun, but this depends a lot on how powerful the witch is. You really want the kind from like, Harry Potter, that is explicitly just a normal person who knows a few spells.

Ghost - This is just a big ???? Can I kill it? Can it kill me? Who knows!

Gray alien - You probably have a height and reach advantage against it, and you can probably beat it to death bare-handed, so it really depends on if it has any special powers and what technology it has on hand.

Slasher villain - Really dependent on the specific villain but these guys aren't terribly tricky to outsmart or overpower with the right weapons, which is why that's often what happens at the end of their movies. The big risk here is making sure it's actually dead and won't pop back up in the stinger and then for 1-8 shitty sequels.

10 Zombies - This is really just asking "could you kill 10 extremely stupid normal humans?"

I think I lean towards the alien, then zombies/slasher/vampire in some order.
