One of the biggest magical threats, found I'm Area 51, a place of science. Outrageous. It was tense - he was asking the party for release, and Minerva checked Saoirse to see what she thought - and Saoirse was like "Hey, no, let's play it cautious. We'll take him back to the Pact first." Mordru would have none of this and released himself. It cost him a lot of power, perhaps weakening him in the present time, but also making him vow retribution.
