There's no parity for most sports and you go into the season knowing that 95% of teams can't win. Sure, March Madness is designed to allow Cinderellas...but most sports don't have that. And then there's the bit about how the NCAA increasingly appears to be an illegal structure. And they aren't as good as pros. Among the "at least sort of watchable" sports: Pro football > pro baseball > pro basketball > golf ...and among them only pro football is something I can actively watch without doing something else at the same time. --- Pronounced "Whup-pot".
