(IIRC some peripheral people like Reagan staffers and some people on Iran's end had before but no one this close on the US side) Previously everyone denied and when Congress investigated it over 30 years ago they came back with "no evidence i guess." Though the evidence that was present even then was sufficient for me to believe it long before this admission.
