#10 - Ragged Robin
https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/user_image/9/2/2/AAJ38fAAEFsy.png

A revolutionary from the future, sent to the past to run an S&M cabaret club. She knows everyone; she's inspired Pepper to make a new drug simply by telling her she already knows that Pepper makes it. She's tough, confidence, sexy as hell, and she's the leader of Chicago's resistance.

Ragged Robin, a woman painted like a clown and wearing the sort of dominatrix outfit that even Catwoman passes on as too risque, is the perfect antithesis to the real power in Chicago - Desaad. Marquis de Sade versus a woman dressed in the trappings of sadism. It's like Grail vs. Grail, right? What I most enjoy about Ragged Robin is everything. Finally, an opportunity to inject the Invisibles into the mainstream DCU. We've seen hints of Fables, a good chunk of League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, a heaping helping of Preacher and some signs of the Authority. Now it's time to bring in another classic Grant Johns creation, the Invisibles. In a session that predominantly focused on the Furies, on Varra de Luca and her relationship with her son, Ragged Robin is this fascinating cog that forces the wheels of Chicago's story to spin. Brennus is stuck in a rut otherwise, and the connections to Darkseid's right-hand man, the manufacturer of the Furies, might never move along if not for Robin's bordello of badassery. Beautiful women with unsettling stories surround Robin, who collects these dolls to add to her coterie, all aimed in the pursuit of toppling the second-in-command of the invading force on Earth. How does she find them? Is it her prescient knowledge from the future that provides a path? And if she's from the future... just who is this woman? Does her name describe her title? Is she a Robin? Or does the painted face suggest a certain clown prince of crime?

Or could she have a closer connection to someone in the party?

Man, here's the character with the most untapped potential in this half-year batch of debuts. Can't wait to get back to the Slaughterhaus on Netherside.

Hint: And here falls someone's last remaining draft pick.
