I think it could be better if each round had multiple themes/prompts. Like perhaps an entrant would have to win the best 2 out of 3 to move on (this would probably then necessitate a smaller bracket), or maybe each day can have a different prompt. I just think more variety would've kept it more interesting.

Well the thing is, it was round 1 that had the most response and discussion by a good bit, while the later rounds where it was changing daily didn't get much in the way of votes or even comments. I'd like to think the issue wasn't variety since that's kind of the whole basis of the game to begin with

I think a mixed multimedia bracket would be a ton of fun, and also to have a round full of 1-shot nominees (where voters can nominate anything and it gets in with automatically) where the winner moves on to the actual bracket. Not sure about individual questions however.

Mixed multimedia is definitely something I've considered (though of course it's a little trickier to have prompts for those)

Not sure what you mean by the 1-shot nominees, everything already got in automatically when nominated
