Kang is so stupidly situational, and honestly I don't see him having a lot of use since he's basically just a quick rewind. Maybe if it's turn 6 and you think the opponent has a broken play, but most of the time I don't see opportunities to stop that. Most of those types of plays, once they're in motion, are difficult to stop.
