I figured he would just lockdown and not change. Does Prof X stop Hulk Buster in his location from working (like if the opponent played it there same turn without priority)? Klyntar is not a destroy effect, it's a merge. AFAIK Hulk Buster is the only other thing with that effect. I also wonder whether Prof X can stop Gamma Lab, but only way I can think of for that to even happen is with certain locations.
