I don't see the world recovering at all for many decades. The number of people gone with the snap, the number of people who would kill themselves, the number of people who would die without support, etc would probably bring us to down to like 30%. All the people who know how to run infrastructure would be in disarray. The cleanup would take ten years even if everyone had their shit together. We'd basically be like The Stand except more people still left over.
