If there is no winner then its not a fight, its a scuffle. All fights have clear winners & losers even if broken up. Very rarely is a fight allowed to progress to the point where someone gets incompacitated, or yields. Who ever was winning/losing at the time the fight was broken up is who ultimately won/loss the encounter. Pushing matches are scuffles, not fights. You win some, you lose some, sure.
