I had no idea who this person even was before this moment. Looks like she hit him first, he hit her back. Theyre both assholes. If he escalated it to a level that was physically more dangerous then hes more at fault for any lasting damage, despite her slapping him first. But shes at fault for starting it. He should probably have restrained himself and not hit her back but like oh well. Thats an optics thing mostly. Morally, as long as he didnt escalate further I dont really care.

None of this is at odds with the belief that it was fine for Will Smith to smack Chris Rock. Nice try though.

I'm not talking about people who don't really care. I'm talking about people who are deeply offended by White retaliating to an assault but fine with Smith launching one.

I don't get why someone who doesn't hold that stance chooses to complain about me calling out the people who do. As seen they have no counterargument beyond trying to silence the topic.
