The scariest part is we have not heard any signals, while we have been very noisy.Maybe life as a whole hasnt been around long enough to have reached us. If we are the only civilization level life forms within the Milky Way. And the next closest Galaxy the Andromeda, the civilization would have be over 2.5 million years old for us to have received a signal. Humans havent been around that long yet, let alone at the tech that can send and recieve wireless signals.
