So this is just blatantly unconstitutional, right? Above and beyond any First Amendment concerns, if this passes and survives judicial review it essentially gives every individual state jurisdiction over the entire Internet, which is patently insane.

Which is why all these reporting on "Bills" are so dumb. There is almost no way this becomes law but for some reason the uptick on reporting about really stupid bills has gone way up recently
