| pjbasis 03/01/23 8:49:14 AM #5: | RE5 destroyed my investment in the series lore with the yeeting of wesker and spencer so with RE6 I just wanted more fun game. I can't really care about plot arcs anymore. Chris vs. Leon and the Ada stuff is supremely dumb but I can't even get annoyed, at least it felt ambitious and like something is actually happening. Kinda got tired of the RE4/5 plots where you have very few characters and you're just waiting for the end to get some story going. It's not RE5 but it's close enough with more interesting locations and boss fights! And RE could really use more choose your character storylines with crisscrossing. There's a lot of on paper good stuff that works for me. Wish they still made it play more like RE5 though.
