I feel like [BotW] captures the essence of the first Zelda where you mostly wandered around confused.
That's the only thing the game does well, unfortunately.

I was so bummed when I watched the trailer for TotK. It looks like BotW 2. I feel like the only people who liked BotW were under the age of 20 when it released and didn't actually play any older Zelda titles. I don't know why Nintendo is pandering to such a small demographic.

Needless to say, I won't be picking up a copy of Tears. I'm voting with my wallet. @Nichtcrawler-X said it best: BotW is a decent game, but it isn't Zelda. I don't want to play another game that takes place in an dead world with no real dungeons, no plot, and weapons that break more easily than they would in real life. Wandering around for hours in a massive empty field, with nothing but a stick made out of paper is not my idea of fun.
