Notice how it's one guy against some kind of a crusade against Echoes

No Weapon Triangle: yes, the mechanic that historically always resulted in lances being by far the best weapon type

Alm map being open with cav enemies: who cares? There are forest tiles that you essentially have to plant your army at, positioned in a way where you have the advantage when they charge at you, not the other way around like with Fates or Engage where most of the time you have to be the one to dive into the danger, and you hope that your army just has enough stats to deal with it. See how one is not particularly strategically better than the other? They just require different things and yet you're here pointing it out like it's a bad thing.

Swamp: Yes, they're annoying. But Echoes don't really have long chs, and there aren't more than 2 main maps that are swamps or at least ones that cause lengthy periods of 0 combat

Cantor: You can either use warp or have high str killer bow users as bows have insane range. There are Cantors that are well protected. But it's just one more type of obstacles that the game should throw at you. Annoying? Sometimes, but I don't see it being a negative, because it's doing what SRPGs should do, which is not to just make it a glorified turn based RPG. It puts obstacles on the board for you to deal with.

Wtiches: There was a vid analyzing Witch AI. The conclusion was that they have really bad stats, and it's statistically very low chance of losing a unit unless you hung your completely untrained unit in the back. They only target outer layer units and will actually never target a unit if another friendly unit is in front of them, and they also always teleport to the back of your army. If you're not gonna use that unit, you might as well just bench them, unless you like doing 1 dmg. Also them teleporting bh you and only attacking the outer layer is an observation I even made b4 people looked into it.

Archers: Yeah both side have this, and they do get penalty for aiming further. Also they're a great way to deal with canters. I don't see this as a negative either and you didn't really type it as a negative

Dungeons: I'm mixed on it too, but I think it's a different take that gets really interesting later on in the optional dungeons. Also you can run from a lot of it. Also I'm a fan of the commentary Alm/Celica gives mid exploration

Enemies on the map: Except for a few that are intended for the player to go through, you can actually retreat and avoid all of these battles I believe.

Post game was also one of the best post game content an FE has had, so it's a shame you'll never experience it. It's when the dungeon battles get really nail biting, especially since you start to run out of charges. The final fight is a bit of a pushover, but the context of the fight is more important as it connects to another FE game.

I feel like you were stretching for some of these points as honestly a lot of them aren't negatives. They're just like... SRPG mechanics. If you had nothing in your way, it's just a turn based RPG. It's basically what Awakening would be, where there's basically nothing stopping you at one point and Nosferatu and good enough stats just let you put a guy in the middle of the map and solo it. Instead of that, why would you not prefer a game that actually makes you use formation, park units at the right time, spread them out so the right units can reach the right enemies?

FE has plenty of games where you just send out a juggernaut and win. It's technically possible to solo the game with Alm and Celica, but it's an incredibly inefficient strat that takes a billion turns, makes you miss out on a ton of items, and also relies on a lot of RNG. Also post game is nearly impossible solo.
