But okay, if I had to use this then the way i would interpret it is that after the time traveler picks their target I message the targeted player and tell them that they must lock in their FOLLOWING night action now and PM it to me. If they dont answer they will use their ability on a random target and be told by me who they are targeting. Then once that is locked in I report back to the time traveler. The action on the following night will happen as it was decided and cannot be changed
