Not even close.

If you look at gas prices adjusted for inflation they are pretty much spot on right now, with expected fluctuations in the market.

Everything is inflated. So when you see all these articles about how companies are making "record profits"...its inflation related.

Workers are also making "record wages" and theres also "record low unemployment".

As of the latest data which is from Nov or Dec, 'job switchers' have wage inflation of 7.7%, thats higher than inflation. So while theres still a wage gap overall (expected wage adjusted for inflation and actual wages (which is an average of all employees and not just "job switchers") that gap has actually gotten better over the last 3 years because theres so much demand for jobs. The people who are stuck in their jobs and not switching bring down that wage inflation but even then they are getting raises across the board.
