My leg days have gotten a little different the past few months and my squat is still taking a while to get back to normal. Deadlifting has been hard to remain faithful to the program as I want to pull more weight but Im staying humble and leaving the ego at home and I know that will pay off in the long run squats: 250x5 255x4 260x3 265x2 270x1 deadlifts 280x5 280x5 280x5 hip thrust 235x10 255x8 285x5 *leg extension machine 60x8 calf raises 55x10 rdls 95x6* supersetted these three for 3 sets legs are looking thicc as the kids say but still have a ways to go building back a lot of that lost strength --- Sess Of the superuser "merSHINEsess" ...
