Topic	How do people drink less than a gallon of water a day
Gamingsince1989 02/09/23 6:32:52 PM #7:	I pretty much have to drink a lot of water, especially in the summer when temperatures are 100-110+ even at night. I usually drink at least 64 oz of water in the morning during/after workouts, and then drink another 64+ oz throughout the day. Even more if I'm drinking alcohol too. I drink a 16 oz glass of water at the bar with every drink I order to prevent myself from getting dehydrated from the alcohol. <cite>Gamingsince1989 posted [p:971454575] in How do peo...
