Fortunately, it's held back a lot by luck of the draw and location factors, but so is every other deck. My jubilee deck is pretty strong, but its best-case scenario is ~40 power on each of two winning spaces...whereas a deck that doubles power multiple times can basically hit limitless potential lol --- I write Naruto Fanfiction.
