Well worth it. Ill post some back gains when I get the chance. Im not sure if I explained it the best but basically my back days used to look like this when it came to pull ups

45lbs added for 3 sets of 5, or maybe 60 for 3 sets of 2-3, or maybe 25 of 3 sets of 7ish

but now its focused on getting to the total target rep of 50. Starting with decent heavy weight then going down as needed

so for example

45x5, 45x4, 45x3, 45x3 (15)
35x5, 35x3, 35x3 (26)
25x5, 25x4 (35)
10x6, 10x4 (45)
5x5 (50)

do something like that for your next four back days and tell me you dont feel and see a difference. For those who cant do weighted, this also works for just bodyweight, or bodyweight to assisted as needed. HIGHLY recommended
