They might see a bit more cubes but they'll still hate Zabu. They might not even know he was changed. Also players love big memorable wins, even if they are statistically worse off due to a bunch of minor losses. That's the basis of casino games and this game definitely follows that. They can always increase the rate of bots if they want people to statistically win more. But the only way to create more memorable moments is with card changes.
