Combat was also fun,especially if you had played other titles in the series in the past. They weren't terrible, but more as something I would call serviceable. I also agree that I would have preferred Papa Nier over the brother in the remaster. I will say that Nier does win for the best opening dialogue in a game. Kaine's little monologue is something I would have never imagined when loading a game for the first time, then it busts into such a sweet soundtrack.
