Like a 5/5 spice Indian place compares to 3/5 Thai. Both still delicious. Was not aware Vietnamese food is known for being spicy, tho I like my pho with a bit more pepper. As I said before, Vietnamese food is not spicy. You add the chilli yourself at the table (and many Vietnamese people choose not to).
