So like I played a Mystique turn 6 that copied my Iron Man.

My opponent then plays Leader, who copies my Mystique, but instead of copying her before she used her On Reveal (like how every other On Reveal still triggers their On Reveals when he copies them) he copied her already copying my Iron Man

luckily I still pulled off the win, but what should've been an easy victory ended up being very close. How does that work with other On Reveals? If he copies a Black Panther, does he copy it at its base score or does it copy it after its own On Reveal happens, only to then double again on his side?

It depends on the turn order. If the Leader player flips first, the copies will be whatever the card is before it flips, then they do their On Reveals in the order they were played. If Leader player flips second, the copies will be however they currently are on the board, and then do their On Reveals. This does mean that if a card is destroyed or removed from the board before Leader flips, Leader wont get a copy. Lockjaw is good for this.
