Topic	Kicked off Final Fantasy IX yesterday

We've had a bunch of gag/plot battles but not a single one that was just straight-up. Am I crazy? Is this game crazy? FFVI and FFVII just threw me right into it. The actual plot events and set pieces have been fun enough to carry us, and I guess I wouldn't totally object to the game just being setpieces and plot events... but yeah, feels weird!
