I really just have to go easy these days as Ill settle for less than the physique/numbers I want if it means I can not get hurt constantly. despite it being light weight/reps, I have really focused on lifting with intent and with power for each rep. Basically treating every rep as if it is a heavy single and even telling myself in my head that the lift is like 75lbs more than whats on the bar, sounds silly but it works. Even my warm up weight I am focusing on each rep big time. Its helped a lot and I feel strong despite some of the numbers being down squat 220x5 225x4 230x3 235x2 240x1 deadlift 250x7 270x5 290x3 310x1 340x1 350x1 hip thrust 155x10 175x8 195x6 --- Sess Of the superuser "merSHINEsess" ...
