RikkuAlmighty 01/17/23 2:23:46 AM #114: | Ive been getting back to weightlifting this month. Its been 6 years since exercise was part of my routine. Ive been working out with a buddy out of garage. Got a squat rack, a serviceable bench, and battleropes. Ill never get back to the numbers I was putting up before parenthood, but after a few weeks getting back into it (not trying to kill myself trying to immediately ego lift old numbers), good to know I can still deadlift 225 no problem.
