It's good, but the pacing is super weird to me. The original was like... 3-4 page manga chapters focusing on mini-stories and they're going for full length episodes? Hope they can make it work the whole season through, because the concept is great

To be fair, the first episode is basically a bunch of mini stories each taking just a minute or two. Could very quickly tell the source must of have been a 4koma.

I'm really digging "Ah... and Mm... Are All She Says." It's like a fusion of Bakuman and Komi-san, except it's the eromanga industry instead of just regular manga. It's well written with great characters and the art is refreshingly different and unique.

I read the first chapter of it just to check it out. Seems interesting, although not nearly enough to make me read a manga. Hopefully it gets an anime adaptation since it seems like it's finished.
