As someone who deals with this kind of stuff for a living, not all that much unless you're exposed directly to the liquid stream ejecting from the leak, which is severely cold.

It will almost immediately turn to a gaseous form as it leaks out of its container. As nitrogen comprises 72% of the atmosphere, it will not create a respiratory hazard.

UNLESS it's indoors in an area without decent ventilation. It's possible to create an asphyxiation hazard with nitrogen by displacing the oxygen, but it's rare to have such an enclosed space where LN2 is stored.
