So Phil basically admitted that he watches playthroughs of games he's currently playing after spending years throwing a hissy fit anytime someone dares to ask him if he does.

He's admitted this plenty of times before. He says he only watches people parts that he has already beat, but he's too stupid to understand that's essentially the same thing. He watches people pick up stuff he's missed so he can go back and get it, he watches their combat strategies which inform his own because there's just no way he's better than anyone he's watching (even if they took a while to beat the bear) and he can absorb the player's and his chat's commentary on how to play the game and things that hasn't happened yet.

How hard is it to not watch playthroughs of a g ame you're currently playing? Those LPs aren't going away. You can binge them when you're done. Literally the only reason to do so is to spoil yourself and to learn how to not be as bad as a Phil Burnell in its natural environment is. And then he gets mad when people spoil moments in the game for him by asking for the rewards he promised them for giving him money.

Edit: To clarify, I don't particularly think there's anything wrong with it. I've done it. But I also don't claim there's millions of people watching my content for my legit gameplay and not-fake reactions.
