Topic	I have to start prepping for a colonoscopy

I'm only allowed broth, jello, apple or white grape juice, black coffee, tea, and soda. No milk, coffee creamer, orange or grapefruit juice, or anything red. I made 4 packages of jello: lemon, lime, pineapple, and berry blue. Then Tuesday evening I have to start drinking 32 ounces of Miralax. Assuming I manage to get any sleep at all, I have to wake up at 1:30 in the morning and start drinking another 32 ounces of laxatives. After 5:30 in the morning Wednesday I can't drink anything, not even water, until after the procedure.
