Calling things 'straw men' in discussions has been overused for years now. If you don't think that's what he was trying to communicate, why don't you try and clarify what he was attempting to say? Seems like he suggested she receive a root canal without novocain, so torture. If you don't think that's a death threat, fair enough, but it's still pretty fucked.

In full disclosure seeing a quote of that post I now see he was asking she be tortured for no reason after people stop hearing about her. Which is still evil, but not quite the torture her to make no one hear from her again I had initially thought the message said.

*shrug* I had a long day yesterday and no matter how you look at it that post was shockingly fucked up.
