Topic	What's the most active online game with a strong focus on customization?

I wanna design my character, I wanna design his house, I wanna design a whole bunch of things about him. And I want a major appeal of the game to be people looking at what I've designed and saying "Wow, that's cool and creative." Seems like that kind of game went away in the 2000s.
