I blame Rodgers more for all that. If McCarthy was a bad coach then he would have folded with this team.I'm not saying McCarthy is a bad coach. Just one who can't win in the playoffs. And yes, Egomaniac is the most guilty, though I recall one time when we lost to the Giants where he was the only one prepared. Despite this being Lambeau in January and us having a bye. McCarthy is a good coach but there is just something that prevents him from being a great one. Part of it was enabling Egomaniac to inflate himself in such a way that was harmful to team chemistry. Stopping that from happening is a tall order, but how many other QBs win a Super Bowl and an MVP yet don't think they *are* the team? Quite a few.
