If something being a circlejerk and full of bad/false content were a problem then they wouldn't be on Tiktok all day. A lot of them just literally cannot figure out how to navigate Reddit. Hell, I see people on here complaining about that. Dude, you expect people to ever learn? People went to Reddit for a reason. People will abandon TikTok for the same reason too.
