Topic	I finally got my naturalization interview appointment!

Ive worked with teams on making sure their interview panel wasnt all white dudes and that the interview process is the same for everyone. Ive given interview trainings as well on how to minimize unconscious bias. Ive fought for some candidates that aced the interview but for whatever reason we were going to turn them down. Ive given candidates offers over what they asked for because they were clearly underpaid, especially minorities and women.
