Rolled over a nail in august and just sprayed caulk around it and hoped for the best The air was leaking very slowly out of his tire so I suppose that was an option, but the thing is two different sources told him he would need his tires replaced anyway and they gave him a package deal for the three that needed to be swapped (300 total) so he bit the bullet. I'll tell him to keep this in mind for next time though. They claimed the nailed tire couldn't be patched, but it was right in the center and barely losing air so there's just no way imo. Course I don't know the first thing about cars and maybe the nailed tire would've eventually blown out and left him stranded or worse.
