Goku vs. Cell in the Cell Games was always one of my favorite fights in all of Dragonball Z. Goku, at pretty much the peak of what the SSJ1 form can achieve, vs. Perfect Cell in a knock down, drag out fight full of tricks, quick moves, and excellent animation... and so evenly matched, even if Cell was pretty much assured to win. No More Rules contains my favorite segments of the fight, and is just absolutely relentless in its pacing, with the two powerful fighters absolutely knocking the crap out of each other. At one point, Cell gets sick of the small confines of the ring, and blows it up, which is pretty much what we all expected would happen anyway... and now we knew it would be a fight to the finish. And... damn, what a finish, or at least, what we thought would be a finish! Goku begins charging up a Kamehameha, aimed directly at Cell... and at the planet, which would surely be destroyed by the power of the attack... everyone's panicking, even CELL is panicking... and at the last moment, Goku uses Instant Transmission to get right in front of Cell, and one of the most epic blasts in the entire series takes place. I was SCREAMING when Goku actually pulled this off, even though I knew exactly what was going to happen, I still suspended my disbelief, that's how awesome this moment was. And yes, Cell regenerated from the blast, but wow... from Cell's scream of horror to the absolute power of the blast itself, this was one of the peak moments in all of Dragonball Z. I loved the Cell vs. Goku fight, and this episode was the best of the bunch, giving us some of the most amazing action of the series.
