Topic | Air Fryer update. I only like it for skin on chicken. |

The Air Fryer, since its just a convection oven, it "crisps" things by moving high heat. So its "crispy/crunchy" by drying it out. I can't really describe the texture, but if you twisted my arm I would say its like toasting(or pan frying) bread vs stale bread. The toasted bread is crispy, but it still has moisture and feels fresh. That being said, I still very much like it with skin on chicken.
